I had a great stay! The single room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient location for exploring nearby spots. The complimentary bicycles were a fun way to get around, and Francesca was tremendously helpful when arranging my reservation. One small improvement would be to offer a wider variety in the dining menu.

The accommodations at Prata Verde were clean and well-appointed, offering necessary amenities for a seamless business trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially in assisting me with my presentation arrangements. The breakfast was substantial, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of options that catered to different tastes.

Reception was closed during check-in hours on weekends.

Room access was delayed, but the local bar had great A/C.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, which were perfect for our kids. Breakfast was delicious, and my children loved the pool too!

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed mountain biking and winery tours nearby. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super accommodating, especially when we needed help. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

My only issue was a slight delay during check-in which took longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge problem but worth mentioning for future guests.
